Dave Jones, President of Windsor Homes, has been in the construction industry for 40 years. He has been building homes for nearly 20 years and is currently building in 6 communities throughout the Des Moines Metro area. A resident of Polk County, Dave is a local builder and cares about the communities in which he builds. Windsor Homes has built affordable new homes in Johnston, Granger, Ankeny, Altoona, Bondurant and Grimes.

The job superintendent, oversees the day to day construction of all the homes from foundation to walk-through. Prior to closing all homeowners have a walk-through appointment with the office manager who then schedules all warranty work. Once you have moved in, there is only call needed to get your answers. All Windsor Homes come with a 1 year warranty. At closing you will be given a warranty manual with all the warranty details on your new home. Being a small company allows Windsor Homes to pay attention to all the details that are important to you when buying your new home.
